What we collect
When you request an inspection we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you're asking about and anything you type in the details box. When you call, our phone system records the number you called from and, with the notice you hear at the start of the call, may record the call so we get your details right. We use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies or personal profiles.
What we do with it
We use your information to call you back, schedule and perform the inspection and any work you approve, apply for permits on your behalf with the City, the County or another authority, coordinate with your insurer or a FORTIFIED evaluator when you ask us to, and keep records of the job. We share it with the licensed, insured crew that performs the work, with permitting agencies and evaluators as needed, and with no one else. We don't sell your information.
What we keep and for how long
Job records are kept as long as we need them for warranty, permit and tax purposes. If you'd like your contact information removed from our records after a job is finished, email us and we'll do it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at the email above. You can decline call recording by saying so at the start of the call.
Children
This site is for adults arranging roofing work, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
